What are your thoughts on seeing the news: cyber-attack on the Canadian government from China?

Standard operating procedure? Any secret files that can be accessed by internet have long ago been breached and if government is stupid enough to leave themselves vulnerable...well, we're all f**ked. I have no doubt Russian and Chinese spies have access to the Pentagon's files. If Anonymous can hack them, so can anyone.
