Is it easy or hard to prove that evidence was planted?

All depends on how good of a job was done with planting the evidence. If they were just by the window a good lawyer will probably get you off. I mean come on the police should have found SOME evidence other then drugs sitting by a broken window. Well unless that window had been broken for a length of time which would throw suspension on why you didn't replace it or board it up.
