Is torture OK if it's being done to Muslims, enemy combatants or other 'undesirables' by the govt?

Im a Liberal. I'm also a New Yorker that watched the towers burn from my bedroom window. If dipping a murdering dog like perpetuated the WTC attacks in a vat of acid stops Americans from getting murdered then I say go for it.
