Need help with art project! please help!?

I'm doing a project on the institutionalist theory of art. that theory states that art is defined by institutions like museums and galleries and the people who work within them. so basically its not art unless someone important says that its art. it should also have a meaning and concept behind it too. I need to teach my class an institutionalist art lesson and have them do their own little institutional art project, but i have no idea what to make them do! I need some ideas please please please! thankyou to anyone who answers
