List a Termination and arrest on a job application?

I'm in total agreement with the previous response. "Conviction" and "Arrest" are two different things. Almost every application refers to "Conviction". You can be arrested several times and never be convicted. Do not list the arrest. No reason to. I caution you and others when saying something like "I don't want to be dishonest..." or something like that. Do not confuse 'honesty' with 'volunteering information'. Honesty is answering interview questions (legal ones) truthfully; but no need to volunteer more information (especially if it's a deal-breaker) than need to answer a question. Hope that helps!
