Justification that banks need to fork out massive payouts to retain top talent is a fallacy?

We deserve everything we get ,these thieving swines have had there snouts in the trough so long they believe it's there right ,just because there are large amounts of money involved they believe that there wages should be massive as well.It was there useless betting that ruined the worlds finances in the first place,while we are on the subject of liars and cheats (politicians) with there total indifference to keeping promises bringing in all the swinging cuts which will put the country back 50 years because of a huge deficit .Who do we owe this money too ?.
